I am fortunate enough to be living in one of the worlds most richest areas for Sea Kayaking. I picked up the sport in 2009 and have been eager to learn as much as I can.

My buddy Craig callled for a paddle out of Vaughn Bay down to Herron Island. It seems Craig had a hot new boat to review for Sea Kayaker Magazine, the Xtra by Tiderace Sea Kayaks. Mums the word on Craig's first impressions though, you will have to wait for the article in the next edition of the magazine. Alex Otto and Lynn Paquette also joined in on the paddle.
A Malvinas war veteran drowned in an attempt to reach the Falkland Islands in a kayak from Ushuaia while his companion was rescued by an Argentine Navy patrol and is in hospital in a state of chock, reported the Buenos Aires press in the last day of 2011.
Add a commentWell I felt it was time to redo my website as my old one had not been posted to for over 2 years. It is a new year and a new beginning. As you can tell this site is paddling oriented. I took up the sport 2 years ago after 6 years of road cycling. I finally came to the realization that spandex and cycling jerseys were so over rated. So I indulged myself and finally made the leap into kayaking one fateful day in December 2010.

Their is only one person I go to for kayak repairs and add ons and that is Rhonda Schwab of Kayakers Go Coastal.
