My self and three others made the conscious decision to embark on a journey to become certified by the American Canoe Association (ACA) as Open Water Coastal Kayak Instructors. We did this in the dead of winter enduring snow, rain, freezing temps, frigid waters, flat tires, frozen fingers, and bloody head wounds.

Well I felt it was time to redo my website as my old one had not been posted to for over 2 years. It is a new year and a new beginning. As you can tell this site is paddling oriented. I took up the sport 2 years ago after 6 years of road cycling. I finally came to the realization that spandex and cycling jerseys were so over rated. So I indulged myself and finally made the leap into kayaking one fateful day in December 2010.
